This November, Boxfusion Consulting will be attending the Oracle CX Partner Enablement Summit in Brussels.
This exclusive two-day summit will bring together Oracle CX experts and CX Partners for interactive and collaborative sessions focusing on how we can collectively help our customers grow their businesses by expanding and developing their Customer Experience (CX) applications, utilising the Oracle CX portfolio.
Over the two days we will be attending sessions across the three tracks on offer, 'Practice Development', 'Go to Market' and 'CX Journey Mapping'. We are particularly looking forward to the sessions on Journey Mapping (as always!) and the extra value this can add to our overall CX offering. Other sessions across Oracle's Sales, Marketing and Social cloud will allow us to gain important insights to pass onto our customers - probably the key driver for our attendance. These events also give us a great opportunity to come together with other partners and Oracle CX representatives to share experiences, customer insights and knowledge.
