John Dunsmuir

John joined Boxfusion as a CX Consultant for the Oracle B2C Service Cloud team in 2018 after completing his degree in Physics from the University of Birmingham. Since then, he has branched out to other areas such as Oracle Intelligent Advisor and Oracle Integration Cloud, leading teams on projects aimed at improving user experience and customer satisfaction.
