We are proud to announce that we have now achieved recognition from Oracle as a Specialized Partner for implementing the Service Cloud (aka RightNow CX Cloud Service)! As an Organisation we were already recognised as a Specialised Partner for Siebel CRM implementation but this new accreditation is an important indicator of Boxfusion's commitment to the Oracle CX Cloud.
For those not familiar with Oracle's Specialised Partner programme, we thought we'd briefly outline what it's about and why we're proud of the recognition. Beyond the core Gold Partner status, there are three additional requirements that Oracle partners must meet:
From Oracle themselves, they say the following about specialization:
"FACT: Specialization makes it easy for customers to choose the right partner to develop and implement business solutions based on their certified skills and proven expertise."
So the programme is designed to give customers an extra level of confidence in their chosen Implementation Partner, reassuring an Oracle customer that a given partner has certified skills and achieved a number of technology specific competencies, as well as having in-depth product and industry knowledge and accompanying validated customer references. It takes time to achieve the application specialisations but this rigorous process makes the recognition all the more worthwhile when in place - and crucially, it also provides confidence to customers in the validity of that recognition.
