In our previous announcement, we reported that Boxfusion and its clients Evri (previously Hermes) and Center Parcs were shortlisted as finalists at the Oracle Markie Awards for their excellence in designing and implementing Oracle CX solutions.

The Connector Award for the Best Use of Ecosystem or Cross-Departmental Solution recognises customers that integrate and connect solutions to create healthy ecosystems to nurture lasting customer relationships.
Evri embarked on a journey to transform their sales programme to capture more accurate data and use it efficiently to improve sales performance and customer experience. The solution delivered process standardisation, better insights into sales performance management, it removed information siloes resulting in greater pipeline accuracy and improved customer service.
