Oracle has recognised Boxfusion customer Panasonic Computer Products Europe, with the 2019 Best Overall CX Markie award in Las Vegas, in recognition of their journey at the forefront of omnichannel Sales, Marketing and Service on Oracle CX Cloud.
The Panasonic CPE CX program encompasses Sales, Marketing and Service under one Oracle CX Cloud platform. It includes: Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua), Oracle Engagement Cloud (Sales & PRM), Oracle Service Cloud, underpinned by Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Java Cloud and cross-pillar analytics. But the work doesn't stop and the Panasonic Partner experience is currently being revamped with a new Partner Portal, e-Learning solution and Digital Asset Library solution, all built on Oracle Visual Builder and Content and Experience Cloud.
