The Oracle Customer Excellence Awards celebrate the very best of business innovation, showcasing how organizations around the world and their leaders use Oracle technology to reinvent business practices, reimagine the workday, and rev up sales.

Smeg UK envisioned an AI-driven customer service solution that responds rapidly to customer inquiries. They achieved this through a conversational search-style interface that delivers direct, relevant answers from an extensive knowledge base.

Their approach to a self-service experience has decreased service costs, freed up support agents' time, and boosted revenues by automating product promotion and upselling opportunities during service interactions.
